Tecnifar renews the Self-Declaration Alignment with the Standard NP ISO 26000:2011 - Guidance on social responsibility.
With this renewal in December 2016, Tecnifar confirms before its stakeholders, the accomplishment of the commitment made in 2015, to ensure ISO 26000 all themes alignment.
In 2015, Tecnifar began the standard alignment in areas such as: Organizational Governance, Human Rights, Labour Practices and Consumer issues.
In 2016 the focus was to complete the alignment with the remaining themes: Environment, Fair Operating Practices, Community Involvement and Development, whose results were successfully achieved through intensive and continuous work on the review of management practices and instruments of the organization, in order to optimize them and make the organization not only more competitive but also more socially responsible in terms of operational policies and practices. This commitment reflects the Administration's vision, and will contribute at medium-long term, make the organization more competitive, transparent, ethical, fair and coherent.

STANDARD GUIDANCE ON SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Tecnifar is the first portuguese company within Pharmaceutical Industry, to declare the application of NP ISO 26000:2011 – guidance on social responsibility in four core subjects: Organizational Governance, Human Rights, Labour Practices and Consumer Issues.
Tecnifar’s purpose is to ensure full integration into company’s governance model of ISO 26000 guidance.
Tecnifar will be working on the remaining core subjects: Environment, Fair Operating Practices and Community Involvement and Development, during 2016.
With this Tecnifar will reinforce its commitment to become a social responsible organization.
